Browse our shop, choose your machine, add it to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll be guided through entering your shipping details and selecting a payment method. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

Yes β€” we accept orders by phone and WhatsApp on +27 60 451 7729. Just tell us which machine you'd like, and we'll send you an invoice and payment details. This is great if you prefer talking to a real person.

Yes β€” we deliver to all 9 provinces of South Africa: Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, and Northern Cape.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp, along with a link to track your shipment in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us.

Shipping costs depend on your location and the size/weight of the machine. The exact cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We occasionally offer free-shipping promotions on selected items.

Yes β€” if you're local to Gqeberha, you can pick up your order from our store free of charge. Just contact us after placing your order to arrange a collection time during our trading hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 9am–2pm).

The courier will typically attempt redelivery once or hold the package at a collection point. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping fees may apply. We recommend providing a contact number where you can be reached on delivery day.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email contact@rendansportshop.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. See our full Refund Policy for details.

The process is simple:

  • Email us within 7 days at contact@rendansportshop.co.za
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We'll issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
  • Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back
  • Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is processed within 7–14 business days

Inspect the package before signing for it. If there's visible damage, note it on the courier's waybill, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours at contact@rendansportshop.co.za. All shipments are insured, so we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

It depends on the reason for return:

  • We pay if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong
  • You pay if you changed your mind or no longer want the item

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund within 7–14 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Yes β€” contact us and we'll guide you through the exchange process. The original item must be returned unused in original packaging. You'll be charged or refunded any price difference between the two models.

Warranty & Repairs

Yes β€” every machine comes with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and model: premium tennis machines (12–24 months), mid-range machines (12 months), table tennis robots (6–12 months), and badminton launchers (6 months). See our full Warranty Policy for details.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Motor failures under normal use
  • Defective electrical components
  • Faulty switches, controls, or sensors
  • Defective parts identified within the warranty period

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. ball wear, battery degradation)
  • Damage from water, dust, or extreme temperatures
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Most warranty repairs are completed within 10–20 business days from receipt of the machine. Complex repairs requiring imported parts may take longer. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.

Yes β€” even if your machine is out of warranty, we can still arrange paid repairs. Contact us for a quote covering diagnostic assessment, spare parts, labour, and return shipping.

It varies by model. Many of our machines are dual-powered (battery and AC), giving you the flexibility to train anywhere. Battery life typically ranges from 2–10 hours depending on the machine. Each product page lists the specific power options.

Capacity varies by model: entry-level machines hold 30–50 balls, mid-range machines hold 80–150 balls, and professional machines can hold 150–300+ balls. Larger capacity means longer training sessions without reloading.

Most of our machines include either a physical remote control, a smartphone app for wireless control, or both. Check the product specifications on each individual product page for details.

Yes β€” we have 66+ machines in stock and ready to ship. Stock status is shown on each product page. If you see "In Stock", it's ready to dispatch.

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) to protect data transmission. Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Yes β€” all prices on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. International customers will see ZAR pricing and pay accordingly.

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your final invoice will detail the total amount paid.
